Have you heard of oxytocin? Well, if you haven’t- let me tell you a little about it. Oxytocin is known as the “happiness hormone”, and has been suggested to be an important player in social behaviour. Now, did you know, when you make eye contact with someone…this hormone is released? In this video, I explain the benefits of eye-contact and being ‘present’ while having conversations & how this can build trust and respect with every relationship in your life!
